The first services in the current building were held on March 20, 1977, with Pastor Gary Linton. Thomas "T.D." Terry is the longest serving pastor (September 1983 - August 2004.) Pastor Terry is retired but still an active member of the church.
Capital Heights Baptist Church is a church dedicated to the spreading of the good news of Jesus Christ our Savior.
Through Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, Summer Camp, youth rallys, direct mail, preaching, music, and missionaries on every continent, we seek to share God's message of Hope, Love and Forgiveness.
